In the quest for watershed protection and restoration, watershed professionals are constantly seeking new tools for controlling stormwater runoff and associated adverse impacts.  Stormwater retrofits are among the most promising of these tools.  As such, this presentation provides an overview of an eight step retrofitting process that seeks to identify, design, and construct the most promising and cost effective structural stormwater treatment practices to achieve specific watershed management goals.
